DEFINITIONS:

"our Registrar" means the ICANN accredited registrar who is authorized
to register global Top Level Domains and who we, the reseller, use to
register domain names. Our Registrar is the gaining Registrar to whom
the domain name is being transferred.

|
"current Registrar" means the Registrar with whom a person or entity
has previously registered a domain name.
|
|
"Registrant" means the person or entity that is requesting to transfer
their domain name to PlanetDomain.

|
1.
The Registrant will need to become our member through our web site
to proceed with the transfer. If the Registrant is already a member
then they only have to log-in.
|

2.
The Registrant selects "Transfers" from the main menu and then
"Transfer from another Registrar" from the sub-menu.
|
|
3.
The Registrant is prompted to enter the domain name they wish to
transfer to our Registrar through our web site.
|
|
4.
Our Registrar will send an email to the Registrant informing them
that their transfer request has been noted and will be actioned
within five (5) days.
|
|
5.
Our Registrar will conduct a WhoIs search to verify that the
Registrant is in fact the owner of that domain name.
Once ownership has been validated an email will then be sent to the
Registrant informing them that the transfer has been approved. If our
Registrar does not confirm within the five (5) day time frame then the
transfer request will be rejected.

Our Registrar will send an email to the Registrant admin contact requesting authorization of the transfer in writing by reply email.

7.
The Gaining registrant will need to accep our Service Agreement and will
then be prompted to enter their billing
information.

9.
The Registrant's credit card will be charged.
|

Approval Process
|
|
The current Registrar has five (5) days to respond to the transfer
request. If a negative response is received the transfer the domain
name will be declined. The current Registrar must provide the reason
for the denial. If the current Registrar takes no action within five
(5) calendar days, it will result in a default approval.

The Registrant will receive an email of approval or rejection from our
Registrar when the transfer is processed. If the current registrar
denies the transfer request then our Registrar will be able to
provide you a refund.
